Pickup from Venue Counter

Important Instructions:

1. You will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
   Please present it at the venue counter to collect your ticket(s).

2. The person who made the booking must be present and show a valid ID proof.
   (If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must carry an authorization letter and a photocopy of your ID.)

3. Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes before entry to avoid queue delays.
